I could have an acai bowl for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sometimes fruity, sometimes super green, and many (many) times overflowing with toppings. This acai bowl recipe is a quick and easy one. It’s one that I like in the morning.
1 Sambazon acai packet
1/2 cup Silk almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup frozen berries
I only added chia seeds and granola this time but you can really go crazy here and drizzle with honey, sprinkle some bee pollen on top, add fresh fruit (sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, blueberries),……totally up to you!
Combine all ingredients for the acai bowl into your blender – I use a Vitamix but whatever you have is fine.
Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
