When you live in FL winter picnics are a must because the weather is just PERFECT. I love heading over to Curtis Hixon Park and laying out a blanket on the green by the water. It’s also just the best way to get your snack on!
For today’s snacks I headed over to ALDI because guys – they’ve got ALL the goods. They are a one stop shop with locations in Tampa, Brandon and Clearwater – can you say convenient? They are also a brand that is all about going green – which you guys know I am ALL about – so bring your reusable bags with you.
As soon as I walk in I always head over to the produce aisle. I’m always amazed at how affordable their produce is and how the quality is always insane. This is my go-to place when I want fresh, affordable and great quality produce.
After I grabbed a few of their organic apples I headed over to the seeds and nuts aisle for some almonds. I also noticed they had an entire section of gluten-free snacks. I was really impressed by the selection but when I got to the park and had a chance to try them – I was even more impressed by the flavor. Have you tried some of the gluten-free snacks that are out there? The taste is always off and the ingredients are even worse.
I just have to tell you though that my favorites were the Gluten Free Sea Salt Multi Seed Crackers. These crackers are a winner from the 8th Annual Gluten-Free Awards too! Let’s just say those didn’t make it home with me. I had the entire bag all to myself at the park. Not sorry! 😉
If you want to get your hands on these – you can find a listing of ALDI stores near you here – https://aldi.us/stores/.
So tell me guys – what are your go-to snacks? If you are gluten-free I’m curious to know if you’ve tried any of these snacks from ALDI and what you think 🙂
For more information on the other items that they offer check them out at https://www.aldi.us/en/.
This post is in partnership with ALDI but this is my honest opinion of these products and the brand.
